Adding your picture to our photo gallery is easy! (Note: Please read all the guidelines fully before sending your picture. Your submission will be rejected if the required information is not included. I can not accept submissions without the required release statement, so please be sure to copy and paste ALL of the bold text below. Thanks!
To submit a photo:
1. Use a digital camera photo or SCAN your favorite photo. Please use a GIF or JPG file. Try to keep your photos to less than 40K and 375 pixels wide. I can not accept files larger than 1 MB in size; iff your photo file is 1 MB or larger in size, your email submission will automatically be deleted! If you need help in making your photo smaller, visit our Graphics Guide or Web Design Guide for assistance.
2. OPEN an email window by clicking this link: multiples.guide@about.com.
3. COPY and PASTE the following text (everything in bold) into the email window. All text must be included for photo to be accepted for publication.

4. COMPLETE the required information in your email window, add your photo as an ATTACHMENT, and SEND the completed email to multiples.guide@about.com.
I receive dozens of submissions each week, and may take quite a while to update them all into the photo gallery. Check the weekly Parenting Multiples newsletter to find out when new photos are added to the gallery.
ATTENTION: Please adjust your mail controls to receive mail from me. If I can not contact you regarding your photo, it will not be accepted. Do not embed photos in email. Photos must be sent as attachments; otherwise the images will not display. Please send only one photo per submission. If you send more than one, only one will be included on the site.
