Rental equipment companies can provide for nearly all requests, including cribs, highchairs, playpens, etc. Most cities large enough to have an airport will have a company that serves this need. If your travel is taking you on to a more rural area, consider renting the equipment near the airport and returning it before you depart. Family-friendly hotels and resorts should also be able to provide equipment. Of course, check out your options in advance to make sure they can accommodate your double requests!
Buy it there:
Plan to buy anything consumable or disposable at your destination: diapers, wipes, formulas, baby food, etc. Try to arrange to have someone at your destination purchase the necessary items so they're ready when you arrive. If these things simply aren't available where you're going, consider shipping a box of them prior to your departure so that they're waiting for you on arrival.
