December is TTTS (Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome) Awareness Month. Sisters Andie and Annabelle have overcome a lot in their short 7 months of life. Surviving TTTS and undergoing laser surgery prior to their birth, they are true fighters and a testimony to all families facing the condition. Overcoming TTTS is a huge milestone for twins and parents. If diagnosed with this disease, it is important to seek specialized doctors and get tested weekly.
