All About My Multiples: Pregnancy & Birth
I had a fairly easy pregnancy, that should have been my clue as to just how difficult it would be to handle two infants. Emily and Ian were born at 36 weeks, Emily weighed 4.5lbs and Ian weighed 5.5 lbs.
I don't have a lot of memories of the early days so I'm glad we took a lot of pictures. There was a lot of crying (me and the babies) and many sleepless days and nights. The advice everyone always gave me was sleep when the babies sleep, but the babies never slept at the same time!!!
My Multiples Are Special Because...
My Ian and Emily are special because they are and I believe will always be the best of friends. Its so amazing to watch how they've grown over these last two years, from tiny little infants to little individuals who now want to do everything for themselves. Ian is the sweetest little boy, he has enough love in his heart to fill the world, he loves to sing and read books. Emily is a spirited child, she loves to dance, dress up and anything that has to do with princesses.
