Describe your club's activities.

This is a free, drop-in group for all mothers of multiples. Registration is encouraged but not required. It is guided by a group leader, but the emphasis is on peer support and empowerment. The group provides an opportunity for mothers to share the unique ways that having multiple babies affects such things as: Transition into Motherhood; Bonding Issues; Expectations Versus Reality; Life Management; Time for Yourself; Partner Issues.

Advice

  • The transition to parenthood is accompanied by a range of emotions. This can be particularly true for the mothers of multiples. As a new mother YOU need nurturing so you can best nurture your babies.
  • The Center for Early Relationship Support at JF&CS is here to support you and help you gain confidence in your new role as parent. You can benefit from a supportive community and professionals who can provide guidance along the way.
