A.

What are the signs and symptoms of a twin pregnancy? How will I know whether I am having twins?

Just as every woman is different, everyone experiences pregnancy differently. While some women will experience dramatic symptoms with their multiple pregnancy, others report no remarkable differences from a singleton pregnancy.

Some of the most common indicators of twins or multiples are:

  • Weight Gain
  • Measuring Large for Gestational Age
  • Severe Morning Sickness
  • Early Detection of Fetal Movement
  • Abnormally High Results on an AFP or Triple Screen Test
  • Unusually Extreme Fatigue
  • Elevated HcG Levels
