"It was explained to me by my OB/GYN that I could have conceived "twins for a number of reasons. I was told that African Americans have a higher multiple pregnancy rate than other races. I was also told that birth control pills increase your fertility. I tested positve to be pregnant 28 days after my last birth control pill was taken.
