Regina and Renata Salinas Fierros were born in California in 2005. The were ischiopagus tetrapus twins, joined at the lower chest through the pelvis, facing one another. They had separate heads, shoulders, arms, hearts, lungs and legs and shared part of the small intestine and the entire large intestine.
