Reading with Twins

One of my most precious memories of motherhood is sitting in the rocking chair with two toddlers balanced on my lap, intently reading our well-worn copy of Sandra Boynton's Moo, Baa, La, La, La. If reading to one child is fun, reading to twins can be a joy beyond measure. However, parents of twins know that it's not always easy to find the time or opportunity to do so. It's not always easy to settle two children in your lap, especially when they compete over which book to read, when to turn the page, and who can snuggle closer to the reader. Try these tips for reading with twins to double your reading pleasure.
