Newswoman Nancy Grace gave birth to boy/girl twins on Sunday, November 4, 2007. John David was born at 1:54 am, weighing 5 pounds, 1 ounce, and Lucy Elizabeth followed at 1:55 am and weighed 2 pounds, 15 ounces. Doctors induced labor two months early after Grace developed pulmonary edema, or fluid in the lungs.

Update: Grace returned to the hospital only a few days after delivery when she experienced trouble breathing. Doctors identified two blood clots in her lungs that occurred a result of the pregnancy.
