I have found that I rarely use the same item at the same time, such as: walker, saucer, swing, bouncer,entertainment toys such floor mats, jungle gym type of toys for the floor…I have not needed 2 of each of these. As long as you have one of, like most parents of singles do, you really don’t need to clutter your house with 2 of all of these. It is a waste of time, money and energy.

Mother of 9 month old fraternal boys. I have 3 older as well. It isn’t worth it!

That’s a really good point - something for parents to keep in mind. When my girls were babies, we bought one exersaucer, but found that we didn’t really need another one. We borrowed one from a friend for a few weeks, but found that it took up too much valuable floor space.
