Sugar and spice and twice as nice... Twin sisters Rachael and Rebekah were twenty-seven months old when this picture were taken. Can you tell whether they are identical or fraternal? Sometimes you can't tell by looking.

Are they fraternal? Just by looking at there photo. I really can’t say that they are identical. I think their hair colors are far different from each other.
