After fighting school administrators about classroom placement of her twin boys, Kathy Dolan is looking to the law to support parents' input. She is seeking legislation in New York similar to the Minnesota "Twins Law" passed last year. There is no right or wrong answer to the question of classroom placement: some twins are better off together and some will do better separately. Regardless, such legislation can only benefit parents of multiples, who deserve to have a voice about what's best for their children.
