In 2010, I'll be posting weekly "Ten for '10" features, top 10 lists about twins and multiples. This week, it's all about blogs. Are you a blogger? Do you like to read blogs? There are some really terrific blogs featuring twins and multiples out there. I have several that I read daily, and I always find inspiration, validation, and sometimes a good laugh. Here are Ten Twin/Multiple Blogs That I Like. If you've got a blog and want to share it, submit it here so that it can be featured on this site.
Top Ten Twin/Multiples Blogs
1. 4Tunate (http://4tunate.net/): I've been reading this blog since the quads were in utero, when Brad and Jen Murray began documenting what they believed was a triplet pregnancy. With beautiful photography and honest insight, readers will feel "4Tunate" that the Murray family continues to share their family story.
2. Twinfatuation: Musings on Life with Multiples (http://twinfatuation.blogspot.com/): Blogger Cheryl Lage is the mom of twins as well as the author of the book Twinspiration. Her posts are often brief but always witty and worth reading.
3. How Do You Do It? (http://www.hdydi.com/): With an extensive panel of authors, this blog features many voices and perspectives. The writing is top notch and every parent will find something to relate to.
4. Multiples ... and More! (http://multiplesandmore.blogspot.com/): A blog community started by two moms of multiples who met through their local twins club, Multiples ... and More is described as a network. The blog features product reviews, interviews with experts, giveaways and guest writers.
5. TwinHappy (http://twinhappyjen.blogspot.com/): Jen is a mom of identical twin girls who started her blog as a personal dialogue but became a leader in the blogging community by sponsoring "Twin Tuesday" (weekly discussion topics) and coordinating "Twin Tweeters" for parents of multiples on Twitter.
6. Double the Fun and Twice the Confusion (http://rodrigueztwins.blogspot.com/): Described as "the musings of Sadia, your average frazzled and imperfect mother of unusually talkative twin preschoolers", I find Sadia's musings delightful and insightful. I love the thoughtful way she analyzes and describes the development of her daughters, but my favorite posts are when she dictates the girls' hilarious conversations.
7. I'm Living Proof That God Has a Sense of Humor (http://2setsoftwins-helene.blogspot.com/): Helene has two sets of twins and a wicked way of writing that often makes me laugh out loud. Her posts never fail to earn a snicker, if not a guffaw or even a spewing of coffee on my computer screen.
8. Chateau Kaufman (http://www.chateaukaufman.com/): A personal peek into the lives of a family with two toddler twins, I love reading this blog because the twin girls are just so darn cute! The site is loaded with adorable photographs and videos.
9. Pyjammy's Blog (http://www.pyjammy.com/): Cute, cute triplet boys are the stars of this blog from a crafty and creative mom. Most entries are short and sweet, like a little treat in your day.
10. Elizabeth Lyons (http://www.elizabethlyons.com/blog/): Elizabeth is a mom of five kids and the author of several books, including the two "Ready or Not" books about the first year with twins and the toddler years with twins. Her blog posts are funny insights about her family and her work.
