I'm always a little nostalgic on December 14th. It's a day I will never forget. On December 14, we find out that we were having twins. It was a shock like none other, completely unexpected. At that point I was already halfway through my first pregnancy, twenty weeks along in a pregnancy unmarred by any unusual signs or symptoms.
Everything changed that fateful day, bringing us a blessing we could never have imagined. Since then, December 14 is known as "You've Got Two" Day for our family. It's a day that I recognize the special gift I was given, and acknowledge the fun and joy that it has brought to my life.
