Holiday Greetings

I love this article displaying holiday cards featuring twins and multiples. Adorable! Capturing a great family photo for a holiday greeting is an annual rite of passage for many. Shared with family and friends, it preserves a moment in time and provides a record for reflecting back in future years.

This is a picture of my twins from our own first Christmas card, when they were eight months old. I loved this picture, but it took two whole days to get it! I tried countless variations: with Santa hats, without Santa hats, with cute outfits, without cute outfits. It was really a challenge to get both twins upright, with good expressions. There are many other versions where one twin is crying or leaning over or pulling off her hat (or her sister's hat).
Now you can share your holiday greetings on this site! Try out the new Multiples Holiday Greetings feature, where you can upload your picture and share a little bit about your family and your holiday photo. Once you submit your entry, it will be reviewed and uploaded to the site. It may take a couple of days, so be sure to check back. (To see all the holiday greetings, just click here.)
