I have boy/girl 2 and 1/2 y olds and they fight like crazy! It does seem like it’s all the time, but the funny thing is that when they aren’t fighting they are being so sweet. They always stick up for the other when one is in trouble and comfort each other when they are sick or hurt. The older they get, they get closer and the fighting is more intense. I figure it is something I just have to live with.
We have 3 year old fraternal twin girls. It seems as if they fight all the time, but it’s really more of a love/hate relationship. One moment they’re fighting, the next hugging and laughing. Since our only other child is 11, we haven’t really had experience with the usual sibling relationships as 8 years is a pretty big gap. The twins do seem to be each other’s best friend, though. I am curious to see how they will do in preschool!
We have fraternal twin girls now twelve years old,and the fighting continues! It seems like they never stop arguing,but really truly love each other. When they were younger when one would get hurt the other would cry just as hard. Anyway I just wanted everyone with younger twins to know it really never stops as they get older,at least it has not for us!
