Pamela's Twins & Multiples BlogGerms Be Gone! Ten Tips for Staying HealthyEverywhere I turn, people are coughing and sneezing. Everyone seems to be coming down with something. My yoga class was cancelled because the instructor was ill. Kids are staying home from school because they're sick. Entire families in the neighborhood are out of commission due to flu. So far (fingers crossed and knocking on wood!), we've escaped the wrath of this wintry woe. While both of my twins have had a case of the sniffles and one had to miss a basketball game because of congestion and coughing, no one has been severely affected.
Twins and multiples are unfortunately very cooperative about sharing one thing: germs.
