Important legislation in several states may impact how your twins or multiples attend school this year. Twins Laws have been passed in four states -- Georgia, New Hampshire, Minnesota, and Texas -- ensuring that parents are granted input into the classroom placement of their multiples. In addition, two states -- Oklahoma and Illinois -- have passed resolutions recommending consideration of parental wishes. Legislation is pending in several other states.
