Twin-Proofing Your Home

We had our first emergency room run when my twins were 16 months old. One of my daughters banged against the wall and a picture frame crashed down on her head, leaving a gash that required seventeen stitches. I felt horrible -- how could I have let this happen? I must be a terrible mom to have such dangerous artwork hanging in my home!

There's no way to anticipate every possible accident in your home, but there are some strategies you can employ to make your home safe for -- and from -- a team of toddler twins or multiples.
